Higher Diploma in Administration commencing Sept 2010

Aims

The course is designed to assess each candidate's application of knowledge and skills required in the performance of a broad range of administrative, secretarial and organisational skills. For those already working in the office environment MBC provides and invaluable opportunity to improve existing skills and learn new ones, while at the same time continuing in employment.

This course is a progression from

  • Certificate in Business Studies - Secretarial Course
  • Certificate in Information Processing
  • Certificate in Tourism

Students must show competence in:

  • Administrative Skills
  • Organisational Skills
  • Planning and Problem solving

Students may demonstrate these skills through:

  • Assignments
  • Workplace evaluations
  • Prior Achievements (including full and part-time study courses)
